About Berklee College of Music

Berklee College of Music is the largest independent college of contemporary music in the world. Known primarily as the world's foremost institute for the study of jazz and modern American music, it also offers college-level courses in a wide range of contemporary and historic styles, including rock, flamenco, hip hop, reggae, salsa, and bluegrass. As of 2013, 229 Grammy Awards have collectively been awarded to 99 Berklee alumni.

Program Summary

・Berklee College of Music and Brown University official program

・2-week program at Berklee College of Music and Brown University.
Students will receive official Berklee College of Music and Brown University certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation from Berklee College of Music that can be used for college and graduate school application

・Students will acquire technical knowledge and skills in venture creation, industry and market dynamics, strategy formation, product development, leadership, operations, and finance.

・The Brown Leadership Institute consists of three foundational elements: academic content, leadership development, and the Action Plan. You will work with outstanding faculty, undergraduates, and peers in a highly immersive and interactive program.

・Participants will also develop skills in college level research, project management, communication, and team teamwork

Application Requirement

・Ages 14-19 (high school and college students)
・Application form, includes one essay and a recommendation letter
・Self reported scores: TOEFL, IELTS, GPA, PSAT, SAT, ACT
・Based on the strength of the application, a phone interview might be requested by the school
・Rolling admission, 25 students per class
